We charge fees. We’re upfront about them.

Veteran Life is a paid advocacy firm. We charge for the work we do — preparing your claim, lodging it properly, managing it through DVA, and walking you through every stage from first conversation to claim acceptance.

Our fees fund the team, the systems, and the lifelong support model that makes Veteran Life and the referrals to Veteran Life Services possible. They are disclosed in writing before you engage us. There are no hidden costs, no surprise charges, and no commission on your DVA outcome.

If cost is a barrier for you, we will refer you to a free Ex-Service Organisation that can help. We’d rather you get help than no help. That principle never changes.
